children's grand park is crazy. they have a zoo, an amusement park, playgrounds, botanical gardens, and i'm not sure what else, but a lot more.
arrow enjoyed watching the animals.
the monkeys...
the leopards...
the meerkats...
and the pigeons.
these two had fun just staring at each other.
my favorite was the weird amusement park. they had this contraption for kids' bungee jumping. ridiculous, i tell you.
they also had these inflatable wheels for kids to run around in the water. the kids i saw seemed so exhausted, they would push for a few seconds, then lie in their tubes.
another beautiful day spent outside.
arrow found a hut of his own.
...and decided to bid farewell to us and enjoy his new home.
but we convinced arrow (with ice cream) to give living with us another chance.
we were suppose to share, but his little fists were always in my way.
zachary scraping out one last spoonful.
zachary: "my cups empty."
zachary: "i've never had mint chip before. don't mind if i try one small bite."
zachary: "mmmmm."
arrow: "mmmmm."
arrow: "don't even think about it, mom."
