badminton and hula-hoopin' season. it's on!

flan's dog, bodie, got neutered the day before. with his cone and my belly, we couldn't play badminton. we just chilled, enjoyed the day and watched from the sidelines.

my brother-in-law, jared, has the sweetest, most thoughtful mom in the world. since i've known her, she has always sent me cards for my birthday and other special occasions. today, we were surprised and touched to have gotten a care package from barb & al. included was this beautiful handmade blanket.

got my leather boots fixed (thanks zachary!), my pregnant skinny jeans on (thanks miran!) and a belly that's growing at an exponential rate. feeling good.
