it's no surprise i would cry when my mom left. i just didn't expect it to be this hard.

arrow and my mom fell madly in love with each other. we're so thankful that she travelled across the world to see her grandson. the days went too fast. and we already miss her terribly.

(thanks miran emo, for working at anne's ladies fashion so that mom could spend time with her grandson. you make a lot of sacrifices for this family. to use all your vacation time to sell 3X nina messina's...you're so good to us. thanks).

in between feedings, naps and diaper changes, arrow and halmoni were always hanging out, making faces, sharing stories and cracking up.

we made a trip to my cousin's restaurant. i was excited to go because her restaurant has some of the best food i've ever had in korea. i'm so proud of her and happy that my mom got to see it.

chubbier and chubbier every day. during my mom's visit, you could noticeably see and feel the difference when holding arrow. my mom was impressed with how much he ate.

our friend, joseph, has been traveling throughout india, nepal and thailand for the past few months before heading back to the states. it was a nice surprise to receive a package (covered in stamps!) with a postcard and an awesome little man vest from nepal.
